I’ll keep my eye on this story, but we should note that Coca Cola, the US soda company on the other hand, has proven international cases of exploiting workers to the point of killing them.

There is literally no substantial proof of this claim, except a grainy video of an interview we can’t be sure is of actual, verified, employees of the company.

exec beat one of the employees and illegally exported a few hundred jobs to China. No suit has been filed, which would be an option should these events have transpired. Note that this is being alleged in Hidalgo, Mexico which is controlled by the PRI— AKA the MORENA opposition.
