I don't want to crush people's dreams, but I think we need to focus less on "going viral" and more on building a strong community around our works. Having A Big Number by itself doesn't help much. You can't eat social media numbers. You need the people on the other side of the screen to CARE.

it's hard at first and your brain will still want it and the numbers and the content etc but I swear it's literally helped my brain leaving that place
