It's easy, I have kept mine frozen for years. You must log in/have an account for Experian, Equifax & Transunion. You do NOT have to pay for anything, although they will try to upsell you. There is an icon...usually a blue ❄️ that is literally an off/on button for freezing your credit.

I am deadly serious here...what would happen of 40 million California's said no to Federal taxes and only paid State taxes? How would they punish all of us? I'm not sending a fuxking dime to Feds in April if there hasn't been any relief money for fire victims by then.
