Most likely the special edition version. That’s what they have on Apple and I think JMS was quite keen on the original version being erased.

It even exists in two quite different versions!
The original movie as aired in 1993 and the special edition from the TNT year that JMS completely re-edited, also with a new score from the same composer than the rest of the series. The SE slightly less bad that the original Pilot :).
