The terrace at the new Amex Centurion has an except deck.
This place is huge with a lot of quiet little nooks to relax in. The food is as expected. The real winner was the corn bread with the whipped butter.

I went over to the D-E side of BWI to go to the lounge. I noticed they have “observation deck” not sure if it is ever open or not.
