i bought my hobonichi planners from a shop in texas that's a couple hours from me. i don't see stickers but they have the stamps:

do you need it to be dated? because if not, the midori A5 notebooks are pretty nice for planning/journaling. i use a couple of them for making collages/journaling and love that they lay flat

try to figure out a routine that would let you stick to it. i've had the same trouble for years and finally committed this year. i enjoy watching/listening to shows at my desk while i'm working on my daily pages. end result? very chunky 😄
