Give yourself some grace and acknowledge these fears. Anyone would feel the same! Try meditation and imagine good things. Get out in nature and eat a healthy supper tonight. Nurture your body and soul, remembering that every baby, every pregnancy is different. Blessings to you and your baby!

When our parents fail to protect us we have to find ways to protect ourselves. Establishing boundaries is self protection, allowing us to find ways to love them and keep them in our lives but not be a victim of their actions. Proud of you for protecting the little person inside who needed you.

We did this for my dad too (different beach of course) and I love that he has become part of the surf and the sand and that when I walk there I am with him. It’s become a sacred place as this will be for you as well. God bless you.
