Me (pre-diagnosis): I can sit still through meetings and don't really need to fidget.
Also me: Constantly moves around in my chair, crosses/uncrosses legs repeatedly, plays with my hair/hoodie strings/zips, bites nails, picks at skin, chews the inside of my cheek...

Also (something I had to tell myself when I went through it) remind yourself that the point is to demonstrate what the issues/difficulties are, not disguise or downplay them as one might in, say, a work interview/review meeting...
