We must defeat capitalism & statism so that we can get to actually interesting conflicts between anarchists. We're temporary allies against fascism now to create a future where we can fight each other.

I'd prefer an open-borders, anti-cop libertarian over a closed-borders, pro-cop social democrat. Both would be awful, & I'm not sure libertarians like that even exist anymore.

Years ago, a local DSA leader accused another radical of being antisemitic for a joke I made about smashing a piñata of Bernie Sanders at community event. At this point, I'm not joking & really think we should do it.

I fully support deplatforming Bernie Sanders & everyone else who praises Trump for securing the border. This policy involves horrific violence against folks simply for where they happen to have been born. There's no excuse for pandering to fascism.

I embrace proliferating queerness & the challenge it poses to nation-states. Acceptance & education do increase the number of folks who go against the norms of gender & sexuality. It's not simply a matter of being "born this way" & unable to change. We *are* recruiting! Join us.

Some LGBTQ folks today would excommunicate Gloria Anzaldúa for being queer by choice & Sylvia Rivera for going off hormones, deciding against surgery, & getting tired of labels.

We do a disservice to trans history by remembering Sylvia Rivera simply as a trans woman. She went on & then off hormones, concluding that she "didn't want to be a woman" but wanted "to be Sylvia Rivera" & to sow confusion about gender via "pretending" & "dress up".

Intellectual-property laws overwhelmingly serve the interests of corporations & imperialist countries in the Global North. It's wonderful that they remain absent or minimally enforced in various countries. We must remove them completely.

I've never supported U.S. military intervention anywhere & long committed to materially dismantling the war machine on these occupied Native lands. If needed, revolutionaries can redistribute weapons to folks in Syria, Ukraine, etc. as part of that process. Death to empire!

The Mexican Liberal Party—an anarchist organization—hated & fought the Mexican government. They simultaneously opposed U.S. intervention in the Mexican Revolution & pushed anti-imperialism in the USA (where they operated in exile). This serves as an excellent precedent for us.

At Trump's antifa roundtable, they just traced the history of antifa back to the Weimar Republic. They're explicitly going after an organization/movement/ideology that they say started by opposing the original Nazis.
