as if i already don't feel dangerous just existing bc a mental illness i developed from a traumatic childhood makes it sooooo much easier to isolate myself from others and make things so bad i have to rely on medication to even have an INCH of sanity.

im tired of being told you just have to fight it or you have to get over it bc what fight is there to fight anymore that isnt losing. that things feel bleak 8 times out of 10. i just want one ease up man

so like everything has been feeling sooooo bad since i went off cold turkey (unwillingly). i've been getting more and more bpd flares and i've been sleeping way worse. but sure, anything to prevent me from being an addict right

last week when i tried to refill my meds (bc i was running out of one of my stabilizers) the pharmacist got super mad at me for coming early and sounded so judgmental as if i was an addict, scolding me by saying i cant come till the 16th for a refill. i am completely out of half my meds.
