I would start by checking to see if there’s any kinks in the line or if the mechanism has become unthreaded at the bottom of the post

I had one very similar and it would get stuck after sagging down

Personal aircraft that doesn’t need a license

Range is 30-40 miles. I think it’s a commuter thing for rich folks or maybe some short range EMS vehicle. Only one passenger so idk
