There's a new mod out that adds actual voices to the main love interest dialogue. Just remember to turn off the typing sound. The voice acting is excellent!

Mine is normally 85/55. My recommendations from doctor are eat salt, drink lots, eat smaller meals more often, don't sit or stand too fast and keep your feet up close to you (either raised on bed or stool or sit on floor). I don't know if you'd be able to eat saltier stuff in your condition but...💕
