I think this is a smart pivot by CNN. They have been focused on TV too long while the online space has been overrun by right wing disinformation. As Churchill said “we will fight them on the beaches, we will fight them on the landing grounds…”

The Birthright Citizenship “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” argument is so flat. The hypos that you can spring off of that argument is crazy. So if an undocumented person commits a crime or tort, there is no jurisdiction? I thought that was the right’s whole game…that we are in the end
