Oops, here I am again with therapy art. This is actually a redo of the piece that started it all. My therapist had asked me if I have ever drawn “my worst self” and I hadn’t until now. And here I am, my worst self. Unstable, screaming, crying, becoming a shell of who I really am.

I’ve done some more therapy art. This represents the love between @calyxgoblin.bsky.social and I giving me the strength to stomp away the anxiety, anger, and insecurities that consume me. I don’t think it will ever go away completely, but I’m learning how to be more in control of it.

I don’t normally post this type of art, but I’m really proud of this one. I’ve been working through a lot of trauma and in therapy I’ve been doing more art related to it. So, this is me. Little me. The girl I’m trying desperately to heal.
