The chicken & waffles from the Odyssey is surprisingly tasty. And they give you a good size portion of nugs. 10/10 The sour beer is also great.

Figured the Hoth mug is appropriate for tonight’s hot chocolate. Also I just successfully finished off a half gallon of milk before it went bad. Feel like I should get adult points for that.

According to an assessment we did at work, when I get stressed my “flip” is tranquil inertia. Going to embrace my inner nature and chill with my pals here on the couch. Also it’s raining. So perfect day for it.

Our office is having a gingerbread themed door decorating contest this year. Finished my entry tonight. I think it turned out okay. 🤓

I would never make it. I would just curl up and succumb to hypothermia. I was just whining about how cold it is today, and by comparison it’s downright balmy here. 😎 (meanwhile I left my thermostat on 66 and the cats feel like they’ve been abandoned in the tundra)

Boathouse’s reservation system is down. There’s a small angry mob forming, bringing a whole new meaning to #standwithboathouse Fortunately Chuy, saint of a bartender outside, is keeping us all hydrated.

Yes, I post entirely too many sunsets but I just can’t help myself. Just loook at it. Yes, the world is on fire but at least it’s pretty sometimes.

Dragged myself out for a walk after a few weeks of slacking. Lots of deer out this evening.
A paved road lined with large oak trees. There are several deer under the trees on both sides. Past a large swath of grass you can just make out several deer grazing across a small road. There are around 8-10 of them.

Second cinnamon roll frozen coffee of the trip. No regrets. Also the hand dipped Mickey premium bar was delicious. 10/10 for Everything Pop treats.
Frozen blended coffee in a large plastic cup. It’s topped with whipped cream and cinnamon. An ice cream bar shaped like Mickey Mouse. It’s dipped in chocolate and covered in sea salt caramel crunchies.
