i have chronic fatigue but i've finally started to master pacing and forms of movement that still build but aren't necessarily strenuous

first target is 110, then 120 (which is the most i'd ever weighed as a late teen), then the last target ideally 130ish (based on doc recommendation + BMI/height/age)
as i eat more and so have more energy, i'm trying to recondition as well--
