Been a hot second, but since I’m only a month and a half from graduating I should be more active on here.
Here’s some prints I’ve been making around the idea of identity!
I’m trying to explore and think about where my art falls in the world and what it says about me and how I’m changing.

Thank goodness classes are starting again, I feel like the holidays went on forever 😅
Also I finally did something with the scraps of my piñata. Definitely excited to make and post some new projects :)

Finals are hitting hard, but I’m fighting back by just making silly goofy art pieces.
Made a piñata for class and had my classmates beat it up. I’d like to think I gave my peers some cathartic fun before the finals crunch started.

I’m getting really close to the end of my fall term and took a big progress shot of all the color theory projects I’ve done thus far.
I’m really excited for my finals and the last two color theory projects I have in mind!

I love The Princess Bride so much, it’s my favorite movie and has been for years.
We got to make a movie poster specifically for fans of our favorite movie in class, so I decided to illustrate my favorite scene and painted it in gouache.

Went to The Last Bookstore in LA today with my friend to do research for a final project, and I totally didn’t buy two new books even tho I still have a good amount of unread ones waiting for me at home. 😅
