a bit hard to answer but i'll bring up two amazing scenes that come to mind (Sky SC and Zero spoilers):

the Joshua and Estelle beach scene made me cry

i actually cried too when estelle said "caught you" to renne in zero omg i loved renne's development in that game

tbh i haven't played or seen anything of the game, so im not sure who is or isnt in it. i also haven't played all of the ys titles, but maybe incporate some newer ys characters. i played nordics and i like karja a lot. on the sky side, is richard in the og? if not, he deserves to be playable
