Very simple (no electronic interface... bad move Ooni), extremely robust, zero regrets. I use this 2-3 times a week as well. Primarily NY-style with Tony Gemignani's flour, but periodically Neapolitans with Caputo. Always good to meet more pizzaioli here!

Protective gate has been lifted to reveal the mixer bowl and spiral hook setup

Top has been unscrewed and tilted open. This is model-specific - tilt versions accommodate working with high hydration dough much better than fixed models.

It's probably WAY out of your scope but you simply must pester Pleasant Hill Grain for the opportunity to review their Famag IM-5. I bought one for pizza dough (which is notorious for burning out Kitchenaid motors) and now I use it for everything. (I don't trust that Ooni.)

It is, but I'd love to have that conversation (in a parallel universe where we had the opportunity for productive policy discussion in American government). At the very least we should be tracking and forcing disclosure of hyperpalatable ingredients and putting warning labels on stuff with them.

I have long felt that not only should marijuana be removed from Schedule 1 (which dates back to the 1970s) but that both alcohol and processed sugar should be put *on* it.

The instant I took delivery of my P2 I set it to Creep off and OPD to Standard. It took about a week to get comfortable with the new configuration, and now I believe it should be standard on every EV. You should desire the car that *will not actively try to kill you unless you cover the brake*.

Finally tried the Murderbot TV show with my partner, and... I think it's not for us, mainly because after reading all the books we're too invested in our own mental projections of it. I imagined it as androgynous slightly female, which Skarsgård clashes with. Good introduction for others though!

Update to this: Credit card companies really really really do NOT like a mountain of 1.99 and 5.49 purchases in a short span, no matter how many times you mark them as "yes these are legit" and even call them to explain. Apple Card crashed out after about 50 transactions, Wells lasted a bit longer.

Our FH4 and FH5 evening groups did this! We'd get Game Pass and buy the deluxe DLC bundle that paired with it and you were into the game for a pretty chill amount. Now we'll just wait for it to go on sale on Steam instead, lol.

5-10 bucks was great because that's "I can play the newest Forza Horizon and a bunch of other shit and it's just passively unnecessary to buy the games" territory. At $30, it's a full price new-release game every 2 months and it just makes more sense to buy them outright instead.
