Out of all of the East Blue arcs, this one was my least favorite when I first watched it. Which is a shame because it’s where Usopp is introduced. I don’t want to bring up pacing too much, but this was definitely an arc that could’ve used better pacing.

Hard to believe the Switch is 8 years old. And now we're close to the successor. I still remember when I got mine. My mom had called the school so I could miss the first half of the day while my grandmother and I went to buy one. Got it with the special edition of Zelda. Such a great day.

The arc is a decent start to the journey, but they could've started by showing Luffy's backstory with Shanks a little earlier. This arc does a good job of showcasing who Luffy is as a character, but his actions can seem immature at first.
