I worked in a PC shop as a teen. I recall someone trying to jam a PCI-X card into a ISA-VLB slot. Both the card and motherboard were trash, and he was well outside of warranty on the PC. He didn't understand why it wouldn't work. Funny enough he didn't try the PCI slots.

I never played this game, but because of this game tape I was always intrigued. Wishing I'd played it in my 'pirate everything' 2000's when I still had the free time.

Similar situation, though I know my issue is the blower fan bearing or the blower motor. Fan couldn't get up to speed and the motor made a horrible noise. 2 weeks later it fires up just fine when the HVAC guy is out.
