Imo this is the best way to deal with FPTP in the UK especially. Push people to vote, say green, and decide your tactical votes based on how many people you've persuaded.

Empowering users to more effectively report illicit behaviour, hiring more moderation teams to sort through reports, having people/AI search for misbehaving public servers, and increasing parental awareness/engagement would all do so much more.
