I eat very cleanly these days. Lots of salads, sandwiches, soups. Sometimes a pasta. Lean meats only, absolutely no red meats and avoid breads unless i'm super strapped.

I'm glad I chose my art gallery over facilitation training. I've been reading mixed reviews on the whole program and hadn't done enough research. It could very well have been a scam in the first place, which was my reaction. Don't give away money for shit you can just literally go and do. lol

Dang, what a good weekend. Had that show on Saturday, got gallery time in, finished 3 paintings, and restocked some sprites. I might not have made a lot more this week but I feel a-ok for now. :B

with that dissolving paper, i bet you could get some cool effects...but there's also paper clay...and tissue paper...and honestly the materials don't fucking matter if you're not doing the work actually.
