Wife nominated us to host Christmas this year, & I didn't realise you could apply for Hell. I'm the chef so that's me sorted. But hosting has its perks. I can stay in the kitchen all day!😂 And we can set a time limit. I'm feeling 6 hours max of family time, then get out the door with a party hat on!

So apparently I've hit a glitch in Silent Hill 2 Remake where this enemy is just invincible! I use ALL my ammo to test this theory (and my patience) but yep, won't die. Even reloaded my save and same issue. Guess I'll just have to let this one live, instead of my murder everything on sight approach

Made the dumb decision of playing Silent Hill 2 Remake on bonfire night. It's either all so quiet then BANG!! Or rapid fire fireworks and I can't hear the scary nurses sneaking up on me. Think I'll play Digimon instead tonight

Watched a classic tonight that I've not seen for well over a decade. Wife had never seen it before and was amazed by the prosthetics and makeup. Still looks fantastic especially in 4K. She screamed a few times but the biggest was when she recognised Rik Mayall in The Slaughtered Lamb 😂

Had our Halloween party this weekend. I made bbq pulled pork, sweet and sour pineapple rice (veggie option), roasties, and brownies. Got a lot of praise and even some asking for recipes. I don't deal with praise very well so basically me being like Chopper in response

Been putting up Halloween decorations for our party next weekend, & let me tell you! As someone with dust allergies, the spookiest part of this season is how much I want to rip off my nose because oh my god the dust! We got the roof done earlier in the year so the dust buildup on decorations is big!

This is half of a tangled mess that took me an hour to do. The other half took me an hour to do also. So when you look at average life expectancy, 2 hours of my Saturday I'll never get back isn't all that bad!

I must be really slow with games. Digimon Story Time Stranger is apparently 54 hours to complete main + side stuff. I'm 58 hours currently and haven't even hit mega digivolving yet, and the story isn't near done. Playing on hard so maybe that adds a few hours but I guess I dilly-dally a lot 😅
