I have a Reface DX. So far, I only managed to create one custom patch and sample it for a SNES cover, but I mostly use it as a MIDI controller. Might sample more from it some day.

I believe that was something that was done even way before I started making chiptune music in 2016

I believe it was SpoonyBard who shared them on the DefleMask forums several years ago, but that does require an account to download files from there. As for other places to find the GEMS patches, I have no idea where they can be obtained.
