A great sounding recording of a wonderful show. Best sounding Band recording IMHO.

I have this as a business card that someone handed me. It was created by a Head and not the band.

Funny thing about that show. I had friends who had a bet that if the Dead ever played Mona, one of them would have to dance in the hallways in tie-dyed underwear. So the show on the 28th was way more colorful. 😂

You won’t be disappointed.

Leaving for Tulsa today for the first time since that trip. We slept there after the Jerry birthday show at the OK Zoo.

I was 16 years old and went with twin brother and some older Heads from Pennsylvania. Our first On The Road experience. We really never came back from that trip. 😎

We really enjoyed this run of shows.

Joined by Eric and Suzy Thompson and (surprisingly) by Will Scarlett on harmonica for a couple of tunes. A great night of music and dancing.

All I can say is that I was fortunate to be there and it was a thing of beauty.
