I wish I could put AA on the list... but the last origonal game came out in Japan in 2017 (TGAA2) so I don't think it counts...

I usually don't care about people blaming gen ai for everything because it really does have its uses and its problems CAN indeed be solved...

Honestly, though? I wouldn't mind if it were inverse to what you proposed: a free performance boost for all Switch 2 users, with the bonus content paid for users of both consoles to access if they care for it.

It was just waaaaay too little for its price.
And not giving the base game the performance boost at first is just sad.

Bananza was an amazing game, thats for certain, but... between part of its amazingness only coming if you're a long time fan, the part of the player base that got literally sick playing it (motion sick) and it just being a very packed year, I don't think it has a chance of winning.

If people didnt buy overpriced products, I guarantee we'd see a lot more price reductions before we saw businesses filing for bankruptcy.

I do hope that things go well, but large corporations tend to rarely self regulate well. We should keep them in check and not just mindlessly buy their stuff like they want us too.

And Game Key Cards completely remove the choice of not needing to connect to the internet to have the thing you payed money for.

It's so amazing how bold of an artstyle they had to go for to make these small sprites work on the DS, and I must admit they nailed it at every turn.
