No that's BS. If the countertop is still fully functional and all that exists is superficial cosmetic damage, then they can't legally charge you for replacement. You did not break it, so you don't buy it.

No that's BS. If the countertop is still fully functional and all that exists is superficial cosmetic damage, then they can't legally charge you for replacement. You did not break it, so you don't buy it.
