I think it's only bad in NA, Australia gulf countries and some parts in SA and Egypt, about most other countries you can just walk fine, though the best ones tend to be in Europe and east Asian.

Can read it. Can write it but how readable it is depends on how long the words are and how well I have them memorised in my head.
