Nice cardio paddle at Sweetwater Creek State Park. Oddly had lake to myself on such a beautiful day ( a few fisherpeople joined me at end of workout )

Flying Fish Board Co in Stuart Florida continues to impress me...I have a board in the making, and have talked to the owner several times to make sure I am getting exactly what I want...I am stoked. Board designer app they have is addictive...My family should be able to find me next race.
