Funnily enough I did some reading after posting above and apparently Nespresso pods because they use less wasteful coffee are on par environmentally with espresso machines. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

All I can say is you’re doing it wrong. Breville > Nespresso and better for the environment without the pods bullshit.
