I’m TRIPPING and I know I’m just being anxious and dumb and I KNOW my therapists, psychiatrists and all the people I’ve been working with the last month wouldn’t want me to think of myself that way but I’ve just been so anxious and crying all day, I’m having trouble calming myself down. 😢
