So basically the president can commit any crime as long as it’s in an “official” capacity? Am I reading that right?

Is there any legal action that can be taken against them? Is there anything that can be done to undo this through legislation or something? Or are we just supposed to accept it and hope they don’t start knocking on doors to kill dissenters?
