I can know the simplicity of a process or object and I can know the complexity of the same. But to truly understand this process or object I need to know both its complexity and simplicity.

I am retired from teaching but not from being an artist. I was uncomfortable being a traditional "stand and deliver" teacher. I serendipitously became my school's Resident Artist, performing his art while working/playing alongside other artists—in this case, "my students."
