@amyculp.bsky.social Pharmacy Benefit Management is a huge ripoff. In my early days in hospice (1993-1995) we dealt directly with a local pharmacy who had knew their community and cared about their wellbeing. It was a 1:1 relationship. Once PBMs came into the picture, it all went to hell.
