5/ Here's management's response to our proposal that the company shall follow progressive discipline. It says management reserves the right to combine or skips steps.

4/ Here's management's response to our proposal that a performance plan should have a set number of working days — a total strikethrough.
The top of the image reads: "Our discipline proposal: A valid Performance Improvement Plan must provide ... at least ninety (90) working days, not including holidays, vacation and leave, before the Company may determine that an employee failed to meet the objectives of a PIP."
