Banza. The first time I prepared it incorrectly and it was sticky. The second time was much better. It was $2.68 a box at Walmart and the only plant-based brand I could find, so figured what the heck. Let's give it a whirl. Eagerly anticipating Sprouts opening March 14 for more variety.

My son. From the day he was born I promised to at least appear interested in whatever fascinated him. When he started watching F1 in 2018 or 2019, I watched a few races with him and got hooked. 😁
