This is a capsule home. Converting empty office skyscrapers into residences is expensive due to infrastructure, plumbing, power. We need a creative architect to work with capsule home manufacturers on affordable solutions for office building conversion to residential and address the homelessness.

The voters knew what they would get, but voted for it anyhow and now want to pretend they’d no idea all the resulting turmoil would result in disaster just a few days into the new season of this media tv show. Eggs now up to $5 a dozen. 😂 Bird flu is getting worse every day. Fire the inspectors! 🎪

It is so hard. I buried 2 pets last year and I still weep. This is right and good. They gave me their all. I miss them every day. It’s worth crying.
