Yes, yes, and yes Kara! The reason they used signal was not only because they are inept, but because the entire circle is encouraged in order to avoid archiving what is supposed to be archived for reasons of accountability. Part of the “2025” playbook for that very reason.

Steve Witkoff told Tucker Carlson that four Ukrainian regions (which Russia partially or fully controls at the moment) should become Russian because there were "referendums" where "overwhelming majority of the people" voted to be under the Russian rule.
