Good sentiment but It’s this kind of kumbaya thinking that enables our current situation. We need powerful voices and bold action from everyone, everyday, everywhere. Hard to live in peace when there are thugs on the street threatening lives.

Think Congress gets paid pretty well considering they are rarely working. Salary & benefits sb to be tied to performance and measurable results. If you work part time you don’t get full time benefits and pension.

I love trains and take them whenever I can. Many times faster and definitely more relaxing than driving. Sadly public transportation in most places in the US not practical.

The only thing that works with Trump is flattery. If this gets him leverage to get ACA subsidies pushed through for millions of people I can live with that.
