I made this at the weekend!

This was for a collage poetry workshop for the current Virtual Textual exhibition at Phoenix Leicester

Been working on the events programme for the exhibition run (while also having fun making) ✨
A collages piece of poetry on an old map. The poem is made up of cut up words from different pieces of literature. It reads: towering we formed woods spruce Birch Elm Beech Ash pine together surrounding ourselves belonging while things splintered for our young A poetry collage made from a variety of cut up pictures and text. Photos of landscapes and a photo of a snowdrop, pixel art of trees, flowers and sky. Text reading ‘tree-top’ ‘the Pine is’ ‘falcon’ ‘glen’ ‘loch’ and ‘seedling’ are pasted on top of the pieces together landscape collage, indicating a rough geography.
