Christine Paul (Cohort 9) recently attended ISMET9 in Leipzig 🇩🇪, where she delivered an oral presentation on her PhD research into bioelectrochemical recovery of platinum group metals using Cupriavidus metallidurans. ⚡🌍 #ISMET9 #PhDResearch #Bioelectrochemistry

CDT students Adeifeoluwa Jolaosho & William Balkwill-Western recently joined the NAMI battery group & CDT alumnus Ganesh Vailaya at the Faraday Institute Conf 2025. Nobel laureate Stanley Whittingham spoke, & Adeife + Will shared posters on their magnesium battery research. 🔋Nice work!

Our annual winter showcase is underway this week! Cohort 8 are presenting their PhD findings with poster sessions from Cohorts 9 and 10! Find us in the Great Hall and Senate Chamber of the Trent building for anyone attending!
