It's J day of our A to Z of Sussex. I don't have many but those I have are interesting:

I kind of like the difficult letters. So for I:
Itchenor (they have the tiniest ferry).
Itchingfield (they have a tiny priest house).
Icklesham (they have a not so tiny windmill / recording studio).
Ifield (a brilliant Indian restaurant)
Iping (good walks).
Isfield...Lavender Line
