We can distribute the profits from the free market more widely, by incentivizing employee profit participation and community involvement.

Capitalism is not the free market, and the free market is not capitalism. Capitalism is how we distribute the spoils of a free market, and is largely a function of corporate law. It doesn't have to be this way.
