I think they are playing for time. Trump wants conflict and escalation, they know it and are preparing for the worst. Even if they pushed, he would still do what he wants. Otoh, his courtiers and enablers in congress might get scared and reasonable if eu and rest of nato shown decisive reaction.

When we needed help from USA against Russia in the biggest security crisis since end of cold war, not only they did not side with us fully as would be expected, but now they even turned against us and attacked us from the back. This will be engraved in history and taught in schools.

Stejne mi to hlava nebere. Pokud soud v tom sporu rozhodne ze ma rodina narok na odškodnění, tak by to melo znamenat ze jedinej duvod proc nesedi je, ze se nedostal k tres. soudu. Ja vim ze to tak nefunguje

Docela by me zajimalo jestli pokud soud uzna odskodneni tak to ma nejakej trestne pravni dopad. Asi ne, ale melo by mit.

Murder is murder. Not prosecuting apparent murder would be a serious crime in my country. Not acting or obstructing justice would get you in jail. If you really are in a state where those people are not afraid (leaving aside the moral mud) of backing up the criminal, then what are you as a country?

This is what I don't understand. How can anyone else than a judge decide if murder is a murder. just by "not investigating". I don't get the us system, how can you guys live like that knowing that the most valuable thing, a life, can be taken away from one of you without a punishment like that.

I just don't understand how is it not fully investigated and prosecuted. You don't have laws in US?

OK, o to get this right, Trump took away with force a dictator of a country pretending its about drugs and democracy. Then he took control over the oil and keeps the regime in place, just with different head and that's it, so Venezuela is vassal dictatorship of USA. Why I don't read this anywhere?
