Take a moment and notice what is happening in your body. Our nervous systems speak to us daily. Are you shoulders tensed up by your ears? Is your jaw clenched? Is your stomach in knots? Take a moment to notice and release that tension.

Every day is a day of chaos and gut punches. We cannot resist, participate, activate on a drained battery. Make a plan to recharge. What are you doing to take care of yourself?

Tips on remaining healthy physically-emotionally and spiritually. Create a routine to ease yourself into the day. Avoid jumping into the chaos first thing in the morning. Set aside time to drink your coffee and engage in uplifting books, music or other media. Your body and mind will thank you!
