Whoever balanced Phantom Liberty at CDPR, tysm for spiking the difficulty up. The build im currently using (Katana/Knife stealth) usually trivializes the game even on old very hard, but the DLC + new very hard rly limits its strength and I’m focusing a lot more on strategy and mechanics as a result
