This whole thread is helping me convince myself to get assessed (sadly expensive over here). I'm in "is it ADHD or is it burnout", becuase there is undoubtedly burnout atm, but also is the reason they share symptoms that one runs out of masking, and is the burnout for a reason, and and and...
