This book might be essential reading for us all.
I'm in favour of AI. It's going to be invaluable in healthcare. But I'm very worried that, if we don't get a grip on it, we're going to be in real trouble.

I make my own organic yoghurt.
I discovered I'm lactose intolerant but can only get semi-skimmed lactose free organic milk.
It doesn't make good yoghurt. I tried adding powdered organic but it made it grainy and left too much lactose.
So I evaporated my semi-skimmed milk 50%
Yoghurt is now delicious

There used to be a second hand shop in Swansea in the 70s that sold clothes that had been worn in theatre, film or TV.
I bought some lovely 1940s stuff there. Got a dress for 50p, worn by Greer Garson.
