Carillon was a horrible employer too. I did a lot of work as a PSA with families at Wynstream primary (Exeter). If Carillion could cheat people they did. The harder cleaners worked the more they were cheated. Great school ethos. Terrible landlord. Plus ca change.

🧱 A few years back, it underwent a multi-million pounds refurbishment, and on the face of it the school looks great. I was invited to cut the ribbon. ✂️

‼️ Sadly the work was substandard and done by Carillion. Problems soon emerged. 😱

A core symptom in #ME for years yet regarded as co morbid POTS by Britain.
NHS treatment for POTS includes graded exercise therapy. What is wrong with the medical establishment & national ME organisations in 🇬🇧? Genuine question.
Is it small island mentality? Absence of B-C thinking? What?

I'm sorry it's SO vexing.
Dealing with DWP under Atos plus relocating back to Devon from the SW 'NHS CFS centre of NICE excellence' in Bristol while I was working full time is how #MaeveInquest went from severe to very severe. In mould infested Devon she never recovered the baseline she'd had prior.

It's context that is all important in any relationship. Fire is fire wherever you are but the cause of a fire in the tropics will not be the same as the cause of a fire in the arctic.

In a systemic illness, homeostasis is at the heart of the problem. This is why Ron Davis & co are so far ahead of all research in this field. The 'metabolic trap' hypothesis is close to theory. It needs testing independently.
Linear thinking is not a solution. Rarely ever.

You seem to be looking for a causal link from GWAS to disease. Have I misread you? Predisposition has no direct correlation and certainly not direct cause with anything. It's more like a climate in which something may grow; or a soil.
